Your tasks
Are you ready to actively shape the heart of our company for customer projects with “your” team? With us, you will take over the management and further development of a team that develops innovative product configurators to sustainably increase the efficiency of our customers. You will lead a motivated, multidisciplinary team that not only successfully realizes customer projects, but also provides targeted support for sales in customer acquisition. Your tasks range from resource planning and setting priorities to active participation in customer meetings. Regular jour fixes, strategic development and the promotion of your team are also part of your daily routine.

- Strategic development and alignment of the department
- Promoting, motivating and continuously developing employees
- Effective resource planning and prioritization of tasks and projects
- Ensuring targets through KPI-driven measures
- Creating and managing the budget for your department
- Close cooperation with the sales department
- Decisiveness and responsibility in management and organization
Your profile
- Motivating personality with a proactive attitude and the drive to drive change and inspire others
- Several years of experience in leading a team, including recruiting, developing and motivating employees
- Sound knowledge of agile and classic project management methods
- Ability to analyze and continuously optimize processes
- Good knowledge of English
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript is an advantage

- A salary above the amount stipulated in the collective agreement (KV) starting at € 53,802, with a SIGNIFICANT willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications.
